Return and Refund Policy

Please contact Valize Boutique if you need to file a return within 7 days from receiving item.  A full refund will be issued upon receiving item less any shipping costs. If a replacement is wanted, replacement of item will be shipped once original item is received. If cost is different, price will be adjusted prior to shipment. Item being returned must be in original condition as it was when originally shipped. Customer Service and satisfaction is very important.
